The Hillingdon Interfaith Community recognize that tolerance between religions need to be taught as well as caught and as such we are committed to creating positive encounters between young people of different faith.

About the event
We would like to invite each faith community to send five teenagers to this event - this is a new venture for us and we are looking forward to developing this as time goes on.
Safeguarding is absolutely vital and we will be adhering to best practice for this event to ensure all who attend feel safe and welcomed.
The schedule is as follows.
Sunday 17th November. Youth arrive at the Haye Muslim Centre for a 2.30pm start.
Young people will be welcomed at the door and after making a name badge will be introduced to others through some ice-breaker activity.
The session will be moderated by Mrs Kira Oliver who will introduce the rules of interfaith conversation and facilitate small group discussions on 'what is it like to be you . . .'
